These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://lipsmackboom.com (the “Website”) operated by Buruga Fermentery (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to access the Website or its systems without authorization.

2. Products and information

We sell fermented hot sauces and condiments. Product descriptions, images, ingredients, and availability may change from time to time. We try to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be complete or error-free.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel after payment, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.

4. Pricing and payments

Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Delhivery / Amazon); we do not store full card details.

5. Shipping and delivery (India only)

We ship within India only and do not ship to island territories including Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep, and any other non-serviceable PIN codes.
Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro areas: 5–7 business days
Other areas: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Order cancellations: allowed within 2 hours of order placement. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if the order has been processed/shipped.
Returns: not accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.
Damaged/incorrect items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us at info@buruga.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll review and resolve it.

7. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and a complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details or unavailability at delivery.

8. User reviews and content

If you submit reviews or other content, you confirm it is lawful and does not violate anyone’s rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Buruga Fermentery and may not be used without written permission.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and coupon codes may have additional terms (expiry, minimum order value, exclusions) and may be modified or ended at any time.

11. Third-party services

We may use third-party services (payment, shipping, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order related to the claim.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Belagavi, Karnataka will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
