Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on https://lipsmackboom.com and sold by Buruga Fermentery (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Cancellations (before dispatch)

You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing orders@buruga.com with your order number.
If your order has already been processed/packed/shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

3. Refunds and replacements (damaged, leaking, missing, or wrong items)

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing items, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@buruga.com and include:

Order number
Clear photos/videos of the product(s) and outer packaging (including shipping label)
After verification, we will offer one of the following, as appropriate:
Replacement, or
Refund to the original payment method, or
Store credit (only if you prefer it)

4. Non-refundable situations

Refunds/replacements may not be provided if:

The request is made after 48 hours from delivery
The issue is due to an incorrect/ incomplete address or failed delivery attempts
The product was damaged after delivery due to improper storage/handling
The order is refused on delivery or returned for reasons outside our control

5. Refund timelines

If approved, refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days.
Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
