Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on https://lipsmackboom.com and fulfilled by Buruga Fermentery (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Where we ship

We ship within India only.
We do not ship to island territories including Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep, and any other non-serviceable PIN codes.

2. Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

3. Delivery timelines (estimated)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier operations, weather, and local conditions:

Metro areas: 5–7 business days
Other areas: 7–12 business days

4. Shipping fees

Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

5. Address and delivery attempts

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct at checkout.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Any reshipping costs (if applicable) may be charged to the customer.

6. Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, we’ll share the tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp (depending on what you provide at checkout).

7. Damaged, leaking, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us at info@buruga.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

your order number
photos/videos of the item(s) and outer packaging
We’ll review and arrange a suitable resolution (replacement or refund, as applicable).

8. Delays and force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (courier delays, weather, strikes, restrictions, natural events, etc.). We will still do our best to help you with updates.
